Chalets in Donovaly
New chalets for sale in Donovaly.
NOVALY is a project of six modern chalets for sale in Donovaly, a resort 1,100 metres above sea level, at the edge of the forest. Each chalet stands on its own plot of 469 to 678 m², and all share the same architecture: a stone base, dark timber cladding, a fully glazed gable and a living space over two floors with a built-up area of 140.14 m².
Donovaly is a year-round mountain resort. Skiing and cross-country trails in winter, cycling and hiking in the Low Tatras National Park in summer. You can use the chalet as a second home or rent it out, see Investment. Distances and the surroundings are under Location, visualisations in the Gallery.
